I’m currently looking to add 1–2 reliable individuals to my successful and growing remodeling business that serves the Bailey, Conifer, Evergreen and Golden communities. This role involves assisting with a range of tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

If you have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and experience with general contracting work, I’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the construction and renovation of residential buildings.

• Perform tasks related to framing and trim carpentry, painting and caulking, demolition, drywall installation, tile/masonry work, and flooring installation.

• Material runs.

• Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks while adhering to safety protocols.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and maintain high-quality standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Skills

• While experience is not required, pay is based on level of proficiency in framing and trim carpentry, painting and caulking, demolition, drywall installation, tile/masonry work, and flooring installation.

• Ability to effectively use hand tools and power tools safely.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork.

• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in the construction field.

• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods.

Requirements:

• Must have your own liability insurance

• Basic tools a plus

• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs, bend, kneel, and work on feet for long durations.

• Must have reliable transportation, preferably a truck

• Positive attitude and dependability are a must

• Desire to grow and learn new skills in the rapidly growing remodeling industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
